Each Velvet & Vine piece is professionally produced after your order is placed. This allows us to offer exclusive designs across a curated collection of home décor and accessories while reducing excess inventory and waste.
We carefully partner with professional production studios to ensure every Velvet & Vine design is beautifully produced and thoughtfully packaged before shipment.
Because items are created to order, production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the product. Most items require 2–5 business days for production before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services. Tracking information is provided for each product. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Cancellations
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Certain made-to-order or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective. Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes may only be possible within a limited timeframe after ordering.
